General Legal & Resale Restriction

  • Agreement: The Terms of Sale constitute a legally binding contract between the purchaser and QOL Labs LLC.

  • Non-Confidential Submissions: Any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions submitted regarding the website content are deemed non-confidential, and Quality of Life Labs is free to use, reproduce, disclose, or distribute them without limitation.

  • Personal Use Only (Resale Restriction): All product orders are strictly for personal use. Reselling or distributing products for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.

  • Order Rejection & Identity Verification: Orders may be rejected or cancelled at the company's sole discretion (e.g., suspected commercial resale). Identity verification steps may be required to process orders.

  • Breach of Resale Restriction: Breaching the resale restriction will subject the buyer to injunctive relief, liquidated damages equal to 100% of the total purchase price paid, plus reasonable enforcement expenses and attorney fees.

  • Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability: All content is provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use.

Shipping, Processing & Payment

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Domestic Shipping Rates: $10 flat-rate shipping for the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Puerto Rico; $15 flat-rate shipping to Hawaii.

  • International & Expedited Shipping: Canada and expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected carrier method. Carrier delivery timeframes represent transit time estimates only.

  • Secure Checkout: Checkout and payment transmissions are fully encrypted via HTTPS.

  • Price Adjustments & Matching: No post-purchase price adjustments or price-matching with external stores are provided.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Satisfaction Guarantee Period: Items purchased directly from Quality of Life Labs may be returned within 30 days of purchase (must be received within the 30-day window).

  • Refund Method: Full refund to the original payment method for unopened items; merchandise store credit for opened items.

  • Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

  • Payment & Pricing: Full purchase price is charged at the time the pre-order is placed. Taxes/government fees are excluded. If the retail price drops before fulfillment, the price difference will be refunded.

  • Fulfillment & Delays: Pre-orders are fulfilled sequentially based on the order received. Estimated times of delivery (ETD) are estimates only. If the company cannot ship the product within one year of the pre-order date, a full refund will be provided.

  • Cancellation & Refunds: Customers may cancel reservations prior to dispatch notifications for a full refund (without interest). If the company cancels the reservation, a full refund without processing fees will be issued.

  • Product Changes: Prototypes and specs are subject to restocking/manufacturing updates; the sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the final version is pre-order cancellation.
